Deondra McGuire | 1st Grade Teacher
Ridge Crest Elementary School
Deondra McGuire is a calm, welcoming, and positive teacher. Each year Deondra
builds special relationships with her students and families. She has a way of making
students feel loved and encouraged. Deondra teaches social skills to students that
need assistance in this area, but does so in a way that motivates students to do better.
She is not only great with students, but has great rapport with her colleagues. Staff go
to her in times of need and she is always willing to be a sounding board. Deondra is an
excellent teacher and deserves to be recognized for her outstanding effort at Ridge Crest
Elementary.
