Dear RAMS Families and Community Members,

Welcome to the 2026–2027 school year! I am incredibly honored and excited to serve this wonderful community as your principal. At Ridge Crest, we are deeply committed to fostering a supportive, engaging, and high-achieving environment for every single student.

We operate under the firm belief that all students can achieve at high levels. Every child walks through our doors with unique strengths and limitless potential, and it is our privilege to help them discover and cultivate those gifts.

As a Leader in Me school, we don’t just teach academics; we teach leadership. We instill the foundational habits that empower our students to take charge of their own learning, collaborate effectively with others, and become positive leaders in their communities.
