It is with great pleasure that Ridge Crest recognizes Kristen Arnt as Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Arnt has consistently demonstrated the highest ideals of professionalism, possessing a deep knowledge of her craft and the ability to empower students to reach their full potential. As a dedicated educator, she cultivates an engaging and dynamic learning environment, going above and beyond to challenge and support her students, both within her classroom and in her role as our site Student Success Team Coordinator. Her organizational skills and reliability are evident in every aspect of her work. Moreover, her active involvement in our parent organizations as the Booster Club Teacher representative underscores her commitment to the entire school community.

We are thrilled to recognize Ms. Nancy Hinde as the Classified Employee of the Year. She is a vital asset to the Ridge Crest community. She consistently extends her support to colleagues, readily assisting with additional tasks. Her leadership as the chair of our staff club committee ensures that Ridge Crest celebrates life's special events, fostering a strong sense of community. Ms. Hinde's charisma and integrity shine through in all her interactions, and her comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of books, library materials, and resources is invaluable. She demonstrates initiative by developing and implementing creative library programs that captivate our students. She has cultivated a welcoming environment within the library. Her monthly Makerspace event, held during library time, is a student favorite, showcasing her dedication to innovative and engaging learning experiences.
